Spacious rooms and good location
The location can't be bettered, just a few minutes walk to the main street of the old town in one direction and the hydrofoils to the Egadi Islands in the other. Rooms are spacious and quiet but bear in mind that they are serviced flats rather than a hotel so you can't expect the same level of convenience, e.g. rooms are only cleaned for longer stays. I have a couple of grumbles about the administration. Firstly, my booking confirmation said that the front desk was open from 09.00 to 21.00 and that I could check in from 15.00. I arrived at 14.15 and there was nobody there. I eventually managed to contact someone on the phone and was able to check in about 16.00. Secondly, I was asked to pay for cleaning and local tax on check-out even though I had already paid it ahead of my stay. This was settled amicably but it just added to the impression that the overall service could be more efficient. However, I'd happily stay in this property again and it is outstanding value.

The people and location were perfect. Everyone that I dealt with was extremely helpful. This was my first apartment rental. I found I am not an apartment type gal. You need to purchase toilet paper, water, shampoo, soap, etc. I was unfamiliar with how things worked. None of this is the property’s fault. I was just unprepared.

This place exceeded our expectations. Amazing location, great apart-hotel and quite a bargain. We originally had it booked for two nights and decided to stay another two nights.

Good place to stay in Trapani
We stayed here 2.5 years ago when modernized apartment hotels were fewer. Location good, helpful staff. Now, still reasonably well set-up, but needs some upgrades to remain current, e.g. enlarge the shower (there is space to do so in our apartment), add a safe, and have a nearby 'hotel' provide manned front desk service when the Marina Bay desk is unmanned.

Great stay here
Loved the staff here, so helpful particularly Stefania. So close to beautiful churches and pedestrian mall. No parking close by but worth the walk after dropping off luggage

Decent boutique hotel. Had to call to get the hotel staff to come and open the doors and check me in. So it's not a traditional hotel in that way. Room was a typical hotel-apartment room with a nicely outfitted kitchen. The bed was comfortable. The shower stall was extremely small and the water did not drain well. I could probably raise that issue and have it fixed, but as I was staying only one night, I did not. Overall a good hotel, if with a tiny shower and part-time reception, but the area is alright for some food and for connections to the islands. Big issue with Trapani altogether is overnight parking. The area that the hotel recommends looks and feels unsafe and secluded.

Well set-up apartment hotel. Great location in the old city. Ninni, the owner, met us for a 1AM arrival and gave us excellent tips on best restaurant, coffee shops, best gelato, free parking, local & day trip attractions.

Trapani excels!
We had a super time in Trapani. The apartment was great. Well fitted with a high specification and very attentive staff. Extras were offered and you felt that 'you only had to ask' and they would do their very best to accommodate you. It felt friendly and yet professional. Superb location, very close to all amenities, such as restaurants, harbour, culture as in exploring the town's history. Would definitely return!
