The Space:
Nestled close to downtown Traverse City, our condo offers the ideal blend of convenience and comfort. Whether you’re planning a romantic escape or a fun-filled adventure, this themed condo is sure to delight. This unit has a Smart TV located in the living room, where you would need to use your own personal login to any of the streaming services provided on the TV. There is no cable provided. The spacious bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the living room boasts a cozy queen-sized pullout couch, accommodating up to four guests comfortably.

Filthy bed
The property was nice from what we could tell and as described. However, the issue was at 11:30pm on New Year's Eve when going to bed, the sleeper sofa was pulled out and it had hair, chips and a toy in it. Since the bed was filthy we were not sure how well the rest of the condo was cleaned so we left. When the MGMT co was alerted of the issue the morning of the following day, including pictures, they were apologetic but didn't offer a refund and instead offered 20% of a subsequent stay. Would you stay another time when the bed was disgusting? Still waiting on VRBO response that was supposed to come in 24 hrs and it has now been 11 days since they were contacted.

Positives: Clean, good location, laundry in the unit. Good price. Liked that it is pet friendly but no sign of pets so people are cleaning up or they are.Negatives: NO CLOSETS! No parking for guests. Only the one assigned parking. Only sets of 4 cups and glasses. Not enough if you have guests for dinner.

Weekend trip in traverse city
Very convenient location, cute, easy check in, loved staying here! Only feedback would be for comfier pillows/mattress pad, or at least a fan in the bedroom! Was really hard to sleep comfortably. But everything was really great during our stay and we would return for sure!

Perfect for a couple!
We stayed here for two nights this past weekend and our experience was amazing! I loved that our parking spot was directly in front of the entrance which made unpacking the car a breeze. The unit had everything we needed, including a shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser in the shower which came in handy because we forgot ours at home! The only negative about the unit is that it is very near the elevator so you could hear lots of hallway noise, but once we fell asleep and shut our bedroom door, it wasn’t as noticeable. I would recommend putting a TV in the bedroom as well instead of only in the living room, but luckily we saw previous reviews stating that it did not have one so we brought our iPad and an iPad stand. Would definitely stay here again!

Quick weekend away
We booked a quick little getaway to TC this weekend. This unit worked out perfect for our family. We pretty much just slept here and were gone most of the day. The king bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect! Sometimes this is rare! Kids slept fine on the pull out couch. They provide extra blanket and pillows. My only suggestion is to put a TV in the master bedroom as the hook up is already on the wall. After spendings the day together as a family & kids in the living room on the pullout couch me and my husband wanted to just chill and watch our shows, but no TV. The location is close to town and also a grocery store is right up the street. Would definitely book this place again. Thanks for having us!

Traverse City - quick last minute trip
We very much enjoyed our stay at this VRBO...the bedding was specifically quite comfortable and most items/appliances were brand new, which was great as well. The location on 8th Street is closer to the East Bay area and that worked well for us. The host was nice and accomodating. The unit is on the ground floor so a bit hard to let in daylight as the sidewalk is right outside the windows but there is plenty of inside lighting so was not an issue. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again.
