The Pearl Bungalow
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Living Area: Twin Day Bed

Welcome to our cozy downtown apartment that is situated in the heart of desirable Traverse City. Featuring a bedroom with a queen bed, a comfortable living room, a convenient kitchenette (no stove), a bathroom, and an additional twin-size day bed, it offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. With a prime location in a bustling area, you'll be steps away from the city's vibrant attractions, dining, and entertainment. Book your stay for a delightful Traverse City experience!

Other things to note:
This is an old building which has been lovingly renovated one apartment at a time. It is safe, comfortable and clean but also very quirky and definitely not perfect. You would be disappointed if you expected a modern exterior. But, the apartments are newly remodeled, plush, and comfortable. It is a blast to stay here, and it is hard to find a closer room to downtown at such a reasonable price.

Living in the middle of the fun, sometimes means you can hear street noises from local businesses (late night dance music) or traffic. White noise machines available in the unit to block out unwanted noise and potentially promote more restful sleep.

OUTDOORS
Shared outdoor space nestled right on the TART Trail

INDOORS
Unique themed decor, plush furnishings, 2 flat-screen TVs, air conditioning

KITCHEN
Kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave, fridge, toaster

PARKING
A private parking area is directly behind the building with one dedicated spot per unit

Great spot
We really enjoyed our stay here- the lake right behind it was great for an evening swim- the river walk is beautiful - yummy pasta right across the street. This was a great spot to base ourselves for lots of adventures in the area. Clean and bright.

Why 3 stars
Description stated A/C, but there was only a window unit in kitchen and none in bedroom. The shower is extremely small.I would not recommend for seniors but for younger age groups. Unit was very clean and located close to downtown.

Cute little place worked out great for last minute plans with friends. We didn't spend much time hanging out at this place. We had a nice walk into town after we arrived and the next morning we took a stroll on the nearby TART trail.

Sweet getaway
I liked the place; cute, convenient, the price was right. Only ding is that they advertise cable tv. They don't have cable; they have a Hulu streaming service, and that service didn't include sports coverage. I was very disappointed to not be able to watch the NBA finals on the tv.

Wifi kept dropping off.
I was there for work and my wife was there because she can work from anywhere. Wifi was very spotty. luckily my wife had her phone as a hot spot. The shower definitely leaves a lot to be desired.

Cute place
This place had a door on the back of the buildings instead of upstairs like they said, but once I got there it was great. Close to lots of bars and lots of charm.

Weekend Getaway
We enjoyed our stay. However, check in was a little difficult. We were sent instructions on how to find our place and come to find out they were entirely wrong. But once we got that squared away, everything else was great!

Birthday getaway
Stay was great. Place was cute. Sink in bathroom didn't drain well. Shower was ok. Better if normal water pressure. Ales by Rails very close by if you want pizza and a beer. Didn't realize how close it was, as it's kinda hidden. Would recommend and would stay there again. Thanks!
