The apartment, recently renovated with modern and elegant finishes, is located on the ground floor of the building. The parquet, present in all rooms, adds a touch of elegance and warmth to the apartment, creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere where you can immediately feel at home. Upon entering you enter the living room, spacious and tastefully furnished, complete with a kitchen equipped with everything you need: microwave oven, Lavazza A Modo Mio coffee machine with pods provided, toaster, kettle, refrigerator and a complete set of dishes and utensils.
