Receiving well-deserved attention of the wine-lovers from all over the world, the area boasts famous vines (Barolo, Barbaresco), fine cuisine, lyrical landscapes and Alba white truffels mecca. With all the amenities for a simple and relaxing holiday, the house benefits from a large terrace with panoramic views over the green countryside.
Spacious apartment on two floors, over 90 square meters (968 feet) retains authentic feel with all the modern commodities, private parking, free wifi and convenient access to nearby Neive and Alba.

The moment you enter the place, a rustic living room, a dining area, a kitchen and a separate fireplace set a relaxing ambience resulting in a delightful blend of appeal and style.
A rather quick climb upstairs, reveals two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a balcony overlooking the hills extending towards the Alps.
