Clean but very basic accommodation
Very disappointed with accommodation initially. We were placed facing a huge rock which blocked out light we were also located few meters from a disco which we were disturbed by at night. This was particularly disappointing as we chose Gravina Resort as it was supposed to be quiet. I asked to move the next day and initially was told this was unlikely. However we were told later that day we could move to another apartment. We were very relieved to move and the new apartment was much better (quieter ). Also be aware that in addition to the cleaning and utility charges you are advised of in advance you may be expected to also pay for bed linen and towels. We were initially asked to pay for these but in the end weren’t charged. Overall it’s clean basic accommodation and you definitely need a car to get out and about.

First of all, when we came to the hotel, we have not been even welcomed to this place. I mean, people from reception literally started to ask our names and reservation number without greeting to their resort. We were surprised to find out there that you have to pay for towels, but this is one thing, also you have to pay for bedsheets and pillow covers too!! Ridiculous! I understand that this is the resort, but paying even for bedsheet is unbelievable. That was the first time when we had to pay for the essentials that must be included in the price which is also quite expensive for the place which is not in walking distance to the beach or restaurants. Although I sent a message and kindly requested 1st-floor apartment, we received our flat on the ground floor which was disappointing because what is the reason to send special request 3 months before and then not to receive a desirable place because of availability. I think they might manage it more properly with special requests. Apartments are in a good condition but with poor facilities inside. Bathroom needs to be renovated and make at least two hangers to put towels and clothes in the bathroom. In the shower, there was a broken thing where you usually put a shower head and the water smell was disgusting. Also, while I was cooking in the kitchen, a cockroach came from one of the shelves! That was terrible to find out!!!

Very disappointed with the Hotel and Expedia, since the price did not include additional fees as cleaning, towels and enery per day. I received and email with this info, however, i made the reservation according to the price in the expedia. The check in must be done between 5pm to 8pm, otherwise, you have to pay EUR 20. I received a call from the receptist telling me that if i dont arrive on time they will charge.

Väldigt gammalt och slitet. Finns inte husgeråd till alla utan man får tex dricka kaffet i omgångar. Ingen mickro som utlovades. Vildsvin och katter överallt. Ingen hjälp när man ringer Whats up nummer de angivit då de inte ens svarar! Vi checkade ut tidigare än planerat!

Wunderschön ruhig in den Bergen gelegen. Wildschweine kommen zum Pool. Es ist nicht super sauber, weil recht viel Staub und Sand von den Bergen kommt aber es ist wunderschön gelegen. Unser Appartment war sehr grosszügig geschnitten. Der Pool war toll und sauber. Wir fanden es toll.

Im Großen und Ganzen Super! Die Wildschweine nerven ein wenig, Die Abfallsammelstellen werden zu selten geleert weswegen auch im Umkreis alles vermüllt ist. Die Übergänge von der Straße zu den Parkplätzen sind nicht selten 20cm tiefe Krater. Am letzten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes sind Leute angereist, die das ganze mit Malle verwechselt haben. Die Bereiche um die Rezeption inkl. Pool und Sportbereiche könnten etwas Pflege brauchen. Das in der Beschreibung aufgeführte GYM haben wir vergeblich gesucht.

Nach anfänglichen Problemen beim Einchecken (interne Komunikation) durch Entgegenkommen des Managements einen perfekten Urlaub verbracht! Neben der traumhaften Lage war die absolute Ruhe dafür mit ausschlaggebend (Nebensaison) Großzügiges Appartement, bequem, sauber. Besonders freundliches Management! Werden wieder kommen.

Per la prima volta nella mia vita, nonostante avessi pagato anticipatamente, sono andato via dopo soli 2 giorni contestando interamente il servizio. Condizioni differenti e discriminanti per chi ha prenotato da Expedia o Booking In fase di richiesta delle prime informazioni riguardanti la struttura ci hanno informato che per chi prenota attraverso un intermediario, l’accesso ai servizi del resort non sono compresi. Allo stesso modo, nel momento in cui abbiamo informato della nostra volontà di terminare con anticipo la nostra vacanza, considerata l’insoddisfazione verso la struttura, ci hanno informato che per chi ha prenotato mediante intermediari non è prevista alcuna possibilità di rimborso, a differenza di chi esegue una prenotazione diretta, in quanto l'intermediario procede ugualmente alla fatturazione della provvigione. Expedia o Booking dovrebbero essere visti come un fondamentale costo di marketing erogato nei confronti della struttura, e non come elemento discriminatorio relativamente ai servizi resi nei confronti dei clienti. Servizi non all'altezza, pubblicità ingannevole Il nome Resort evoca un livello di servizio ben lontano da quello che è stato recepito, richiamando condizioni di benessere e lusso che non hanno attinenza con la realtà. Allo stesso modo le immagini riportate sui siti intermediari sono notevolmente fuorvianti.

es ideal para desconectar y descansar pero estuvimos conociendo la isla y esta lejos de los lugares obligados de ir...El apartamento esta bien de tamaño, hay que quejarse de la limpieza que te lo entregan sucio y con la ropa de cama sucia y encima te cobran 60E de limpieza (algo incongruente) y tb queja de los utensilios del apartamento, pocos.Al hacer el checkin llegamos después de las 22:00 y nos cobraron 20E....aparte te cobran 7e diarios de gastos(de alucinar) Tiene piscina para después de las excursiones que hicimos. Relax e tranquillità.
Costa Paradiso è molto suggestiva. La struttura in posizione molto bella, anche se un po' fuori mano, e non vicinissima alle spiaggie: comunque perfetta per chi ama la tranquillità. Abbiamo soggiornato in un bilocale: ampio, pulito e bene attrezzato con terrazzo vista mare e piscina. Piuttosto singolare dover pagare (cari) lenzuola e asciugamani come extra: a questo va aggiunto anche il costo della pulizia finale; quindi il conto coplessivo lievita e non di poco. Complessivamente un piacevole soggiorno. Ci tornerei: magari portando lenzuola e asciugamani da casa!!

Casa confortevole e pulita dotata di aria condizionata e Wifi. Piscina pulitissima. Condominio molto riservato adatto a persone che cercano tranquillità. A 5min dai negozie 15min dalle spiaggie di costa paradiso.
