The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC on the same level. The upper floor boasts an open playroom with a TV (flat screen), and three separate rooms, each with its own bathroom configuration: one room with two beds (90 cm x 200 cm) and a shower/WC, another room with a French bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a shower/WC, and the third room with two beds (90 cm x 200 cm) and a shower/WC.
