1. Maximum daytime and nighttime occupancy is 8 adults and 1 child (under 16).
2. The driveway at this property slopes downward toward the garage. Drivers should use caution and proceed slowly when pulling into the driveway; especially when icy conditions are present. Like all Tahoe Donner Properties, 4WD with good tires, or traction devices are strongly encouraged.
3. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
6. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
Reservations are considered booked when Guest's non-refundable prepayment has been received. Reservation Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, at which time the reservation is considered non-refundable (less any taxes paid).
