Welcome to Deerpath Hideaway! New to our inventory, this cozy property is perfect for your next multi family getaway! Located on the shuttle route at Northstar at Tahoe off of Big Springs Drive, this property is convenient and well appointed, offering fun for the whole group!

Enter this split level property via a stone foyer. Journey up the stairs to the main great room space. A generous comfy couch and chairs center around a stone hearth with a wood stove and smart TV. The open dining space seats 8, and the newly remodeled kitchen offers rich cabinetry, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom is located off the great room and is furnished with king size comforts and an en suite bath with a double sink vanity, step in tub, and stand up shower. Rounding out the main floor is a game table that seats 6, (w/board games) which leads to large deck. Enjoy soaking in the hot tub after a fun day on the slopes; in summer enjoy eating outdoors and cooking out on the gas BBQ.

Downstairs you'll find a separate hang out space, equipped with a large seating area, pool table, game table, and Smart TV. Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms are located downstairs. There are two more master suites. One is furnished with a king bed and smart TV, and another with a queen; both offering en suite bathrooms. The fourth and fifth bedrooms share a bath with a stand up shower. As you walk through the bedroom with two full beds, you'll find the fifth bedroom with two twins behind this bedroom.

Rounding out this awesome house is a flat driveway and two car garage.

Please remember that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there are some things we cannot control. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.

We will do everything we can to insure the hot tub is in working condition prior to arrival. In the event that the hot tub is inoperable during your stay, we offer a 10% discount on the nightly rate. No other discounts or concessions will be offered.
