Welcome to Bear's Landing on Basque Drive! Located in the heart of Northstar at Tahoe on the shuttle route, this 4 bedroom, 4 bath home is the perfect location for your next family vacation! This split level home offers plenty of year round fun and is set up perfectly for family or friend reunions, and includes two master suites and plenty of room for adults and children.

Enter this split level home and journey up the stairs to enter the great room. This large and inviting space opens up to floor to ceiling windows with stunning views of Martis Valley. The great room offers comfy leather couches, large flat screen tv w/ dvd/cable, a dining table that seats 10, a game table that seats 4 and a newly remodeled kitchen w/breakfast bar that seats 4, granite countertops, cozy wood stove and new appliances. On either side of the great room are two master suites; both furnished with king size comforts and en suite baths with double sink vanities and stand up showers. Off the kitchen a full size laundry room, fold down ironing board, racks and benches for outer wear and 1/2 bath are available.

During the summer, enjoy a large deck off the main living space with outdoor furniture, a gas grill and 180 degree views of Martis Valley!

Downstairs is set up for fun with a spacious game room as the focal point. Enjoy a plethora of gaming options including a slate pool table, ping pong table, entertainment center w/tv/dvd and cable and tons of games and toys for all ages. Rounding out the space is two queen size futons (sleeps up to 4 kids) and an accordion door that can transform the game room into two separate sleeping areas. Sliding glass doors lead to the ground level, with a flat and clear outdoor area for either snow play or summer fun.
On either end of the game room are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. To the right two twins are available, to the left the bedroom is furnished with a queen. Both bathrooms are identical, offering double sink vanities and bathtub/shower combos.

About Northstar at Tahoe Resort:

A free shuttle is available year round to take you to skiing or the village, just call the pick up number and the closest stop is right outside the home. The Village at Northstar offers shopping, dining, roller and ice skating (weather dependent), yoga, spa services and the recreation center. For a $5 fee, the recreation center (just east of the village) offers hot tubs, heating pools, saunas and a fitness center. Bring the transferable white plastic cards for access.

The Village is quaint, with cobblestone pathways and the skate rink as the focal point and offers snacks, drinks and s'mores kits for purchase to enjoy around the gas fire pits. Other village offerings include a movie theater, weekend live music and various festivals, from food and wine to beer and bluegrass music, throughout the year.

With a plethora of summer and winter activities, Northstar is a great year round destination for the whole family!

There is no AC in Tahoe. To keep the property cool, open the windows and sliders at night to let cool air in, then close the windows, doors and blinds when you leave for the day.

Please remember that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there are some things we cannot control. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.
