Nous avons été reçu de façon professionnelle. Tout a été expliqué concernant le fonctionnement de l’auberge et de notre chambre. Une carte de la ville nous a été fournie y indiquant les lieux à visiter ainsi que tous les restaurants à proximité. Nous avons payé pour une chambre mais celle-ci avait plutôt l’allure d’une suite. La plus belle chambre de notre voyage à ce jour…

Well worth a visit.

A lovely place to stay
Townhouse Rooms was a fabulous place to stay. The room was fairly spacious as was the bathroom. The location is very convenient to town and we walked to supermarkets and pubs easily. There’s also a laundry a short walk away for those who travel with carry on only . The owners were lovely (some special home baked cakes were a lovely treat) and gave fabulous instructions on how to use everything. Breakfast was self serve - a range of cereals, yoghurts, fruit salad, as well as toast, pastries and tea/coffee. All in all a delightful place to stay and we would gladly start again.

What's not to like about this outstanding property? A beautifully maintained Victorian Manor with parking literally at the front door. June and Greg are exceptional hosts and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Rooms are spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfasts provided are generous and fresh. Townhouse Rooms was without doubt the best accommodation we experienced anywhere during our recent UK holiday. I would recommend this property to anyone travelling to Cornwall. Can't say enough about our short stay at the Townhouse. Such a superb property in every respect. Our Oriental themed room, which included a Super King sized bed, was immaculate; so clean,comfortable and tastefully decorated. Our delightful Hostess, June, was charming and attentive throughout and at pains to ensure our stay was both enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely stay there again and have no hesitation in recommending this "diamond jewel" of a venue to anyone seeking the highest standard in hospitality likely to be available anywhere in Truro, or the surrounding areas.

Great place to stay
Stayed onroute to uni visit in Falmouth. Great hotel close to Truro (5 mins walk) Parking is possible right outside on the drive which given the location is really handy. Nice friendly staff / owner and rooms are good size. Breakfast provided in the dining room was great, better than many chain hotels in terms of quality and range.

We have stayed at the Townhouse Rooms before and both times have had excellent service from the friendly owners as well as comfortable, well equipped rooms. The location is perfect for Truro centre and the small breakfast room is a boon.

Very comfortable and very convenient.
A delightful guest house in walking distance downhill to Truro city centre. The owners were friendly and helpful, and the self-service continental breakfast was fresh and varied. Each night we were able to leave our car in the carpark at the front. I've only given the eco-friendliness an average mark, as there was no separate recycling in the breakfast room, and LEDs throughout the bedroom would have been good! Minor criticisms.
