Casita | 1 BR 1 BA | Near U of A | Fully Fenced

Newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath home near the University of Arizona, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, and downtown. We have an additional 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit available in the same enclosed 2-unit complex. Units can be booked separately or as a package, so please let us know if you are also interested in the second unit!

Please note: The backyard area is shared by both units, and the laundry under the front unit's carport is also shared by both units.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $55 for one pet and $80 for two pets. (For two pets, $55 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request of $25 is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

FUTON: Please let us know if you plan to use the futon as an additional bed so we can have linens and pillows ready for your stay.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of University of Arizona. A balcony and a TV are available in the holiday home.

Suggestions
Overall good. Would have liked to have an ironing board to go with iron. Was hear for funeral and clothes needed to be ironed out of suit case. Also a foot stool or chair with way to elevate feet. After driving for four days from Florida, my feet and ankles were swollen and couldn’t lay in bed to watch TV as no TV in bedroom.
