This Casita is located behind the main residence and is accessed via the back alley between homes. Parking is in a designated space in the back alley beside the Casita. It is safe, but you would be going behind the home for access (want to offer full transparency before you arrive.)

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.
PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.
FUTON: Please let us know if you plan to use the futon as an additional bed so we can have linens and pillows ready for your stay.
