Multiple lounge areas, including spaces with a private pool table and a gas fireplace, merge to create a welcoming space perfect for large groups or families. Natural stone details, from exposed brick to a repurposed wall fountain, blend perfectly with the panoramic mountain views of the Santa Catalinas and the Tortolita Mountains. Central air-conditioning and tile floors help keep guests comfortable no matter what room they choose to relax in. Outside, you can enjoy an enclosed backyard decorated with cacti, where people can gather around the private gas grill. That's to say nothing of the middle courtyard featuring a second outdoor dining area just outside the open indoor dining room. The extensive full kitchen has a double oven, wine fridge, and two standalone sinks.

But when it's time to turn in, guests have plenty of options. One of the guest bedrooms has a full-size TV in the closet, while another features a private entrance to the back patio, a private coffee station, and an en suite bathroom. The main bedroom boasts an extensive sitting area, and an en suite bathroom with double doors, double sinks, jetted tub, and a gas fireplace.

This home is just over two miles from the town of Oro Valley, and the area is far from boring! The Catalina State Park, just over four miles from the home, houses several trails and plenty of wildlife to observe. Reid Park Zoo, just shy of 17 miles away, offers a fun nature experience - the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum brings the local wildlife just 24 miles out! There are many great golf courses to choose from, to include El Conquistador Resort, The Golf Club at Dove Mountain, The Views and Tucson National Resort just to name a few!

Security camera details: Exterior security cameras are set up at this home, on the front of the home and on the front of the garage. Both are pointed at the front entrance/driveway. They do not have sound and are always on.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
