Property charged more per room, per night, for the deposit, a Benjamin. The rooms were less than a Benjamin, per night. I called & spoke to whoever was “on duty” they told me they could not help me as it was their “system” and I could call in the am and speak with the owner. I did call in the am a the owner was not available. I would not stay here again. I booked thru Expedia, an account I’ve had for 20 years, This hotel made me feel like I was here to steal from them. Give me a break. Maybe Expedia is the thief, but I’m not. Won’t book here again.

This location was surprisingly good considering the proximity to I 40. It smelled like an old hotel but was clean, bed was comfortable, in room coffee was fine. Breakfast was fresh & plentiful. I usually do all I can to avoid highway hotels but this Best Western was very decent. The lobby staff was very pleasant and efficient.

First, I need to say the manager did a fantastic job with the Halloween decor. It was cute and professional at the same time. Great job!! It made me and my daughter feel welcomed. The property is kept clean, no foul smells of any kind. There was plenty of parking and the parking spots did not feel narrow. Room was clean and though I stayed in a room next to the elevator, you would've never guessed we were next to one once inside the room. No vibration from the elevator or noise. Superb!!

Overall, the stay was nice and a decent price for what you get, but the rooms are older, and there are signs of some wear and tear. Be warned, the toilets clog very easily. However, the rooms were kept very clean, the breakfast was nice enough, and the staff were friendly!
