Many amenities available on Christmas day and Christmas Eve. Good Mexican food in the restaurant. Friendly staff. Great place for beer lovers! Safe and secure. Comfortable and spacious accommodation.

This property is cashless. You can add a tip to your room for any service except housekeeping. I only had a $100 bill and could not get change for it, and I was told about a QR code. I am not going to pay a third party through a QR code. So the maid did not get tipped and I feel awful. This made a perfect quick business stay end on a bad note. This should have been made clear at check in. Or they should be able to get a tip just like a wait staff at the restaurant added to room. I still have a $125 charge for incidentals in my bank account.

We stayed for 2 nights. Day one, I was checking the bed and noticed a big stain on the mattress cover, I called for a replacement and they sent a housekeeper over. She told me that she needed to leave at a certain time off work, so I offered to make my own bed. I felt guilty after she had made that comment. They didn’t have the right size cover, so I called front desk and they said that they would contact management to move me to another room, they never contacted me back. I had to sleep with a sheet with a big stain on it. Day 2 , I called front desk to get my room serviced and after a long day, I came back and the room was not serviced. It was frustrating because for the price, I expect to feel more comfortable on. stay. I really liked the place overall and would’ve gave a higher rating if it weren’t for my experience with the staff and those issues.

I loved everything about this place.Except for the bathroom doors .When traveling with children the bathroom should have the option to close or lock the door .It wasn’t private an for that I wouldn’t stay with my kids again but I would go as a couple.Thats just me .

There was a surprise additional cost of $20/day to park. I would have preferred the 1st doubletree that google maps sent me to- i didn't realize there were 4 in Tuscon. Additionally, the non smoking policy was pretty aggressive. I get that smoking in a hotel is not allowed but going to the lengths of threatening to charge $500 per offense by using smoke detectors in the rooms is a bit much in my opinion. I didn't feel welcome or safe in this hotel based on the interactions with the staff. I feel at the price point i paid, a continental breakfast could be supplied. Also, unsure why im obligated to disclose the ages of the children and how many people will be staying in the room, if that information isn't used to supply enough towels and wash cloths. The water pressure and temperature was awful as well - and don't get me started on the water softener. Overall, i would have been happier at another location.
