Not what I signed up for.
On arrival, none of our rooms were ready. After over an hour, we were offered rooms that were separate after being promised rooms that were together. We were told that our original rooms weren’t clean. After finally getting rooms, rooms still weren’t cleaned thoroughly and a table in the room was broken. Once we left, a day later, I was charged a $150 cleaning charge, even after all of the problems we endured. In all, our stay was not pleasant.

Poorly maintained and worth the money
Poorly built structure. You will hear and feel every step by every guest in the rooms above you so get a 4th floor room. Sheets are worn and of low quality. Really good water pressure but not enough to warrant a return visit.

It was hard to get our room cleaned. We ran out of toilet paper, paper towels and facial tissue and all the garbage cans were overflowing before we got help and that was after calling the front desk daily asking for help. Could have been a great experience turned out to be stressful for no reason.
