Quiet, friendly, and central location - 4 min drive to downtown. 5 min Walk to UA. Sam Hughes neighborhood is known in Tucson for the safety and friendliness of residents.

Once on Lester Street look for the only house on the south side of the road. It is a brick triplex. 1822 is the first door closest to the road. A dedicated parking spot is behind the apartment with a parking sign.

Mid Stay Cleans / Cleaning Before Checkout for $84 includes linen & towel change + restocking of offered supplies (coffee pods, creamer, sugar, toilet paper, paper towel etc)

This unit does not share an entry or rooms with other units but does share walls. You would also have to pass by other apartments.

Due to the proximity of this apartment to neighboring units, noise can travel between walls. Good news! This is rarely a problem and can be shut out by closing doors and windows or using complimentary earplugs. If you experience a higher than the normal noise level, please contact us 24/7 and we will make sure you get a great night's sleep.

- $100 fee for unauthorized late checkout

NO SMOKING OR NO VAPING:
- $200/day smoking fine for odor remediation

NO LOUD NOISE PAST 10 PM:
- $100 fee for failure to tone down noise after a neighbor's complaint and/or not following the request to vacate premises

NO FOOD OR DRINKS IN BEDROOMS
- $25.00 fee for failure to comply

PET RULES:
- CONTACT US with a pet description prior to booking
- Please let us know if your sweet pet needs a crate, doggie toys, bowls, scooper, or anything during your stay so we can prepare it for you
- You must accept the request for a $50 pet cleaning fee for stays 3 nights and less
- Additional $15 for an extra pet
- 3+ nights the pet fee = $15/night/pet
- Limited to 2 small pets (below 40 lbs each)
- A friendly reminder that this unit might be a little tight for two pets
- Pet to be up-to-date on vaccinations
- Pick up after them
- Must be house trained/potty trained
- Pets are NOT allowed on FURNITURE
- No fenced yard for pets. Must be leashed on the property at all times
- Your pet must be with you at all times. Leaving your pet unattended (meaning not crated or kenneled) will result in vacating the premises
- You assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by your pets and agree to pay additional amounts shall this occur
- If excessive pet noise (barking) is disturbing to the neighbors you must quiet the situation
