Sabino Velo Fully Furnished Luxury Tucson Vacation Rental Sabino Velo is a classic 1973 Tucson slump block constructed home on the outside which has been completely remodeled on the inside. The entire interior contains all new furnishings and appliances and features a Mid Century modern theme. This unique home features four bedrooms three of which are well-appointed with queen beds, and the fourth bedroom has a double bed. The Master Bedroom has a private 3/4 bathroom and the other three bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is also a half bathroom near the kitchen. Air mattresses in the closets allow another 3 or 4 children to sleep in the living room. The home has a large backyard with heated pool, brand new 6 person hot tub, and a built in grille and a fire pit to take advantage of Tucson’s year-round outdoor living. The home’s 2 car garage comes complete with a fully stocked bicycle shop. This home comfortably accommodates up to four couples sharing a residence during their trip to Tucson. Sabino Velo include a desk with computer monitor with HDMI cable and remote keyboard/mouse making this home and easy choice for those needing to work remotely during their stay. This home is equipped with Comcast’s 1 Gigabyte high speed internet offering you the fastest WIFI available in a vacation property in all of Tucson! For fellow cyclists looking to set up base camp for training, this home is located 4.5 miles from Catalina Highway which takes you up Mount Lemmon, Tucson’s premier climb with 7,000’ of climbing . For runners, Sabino Canyon Recreation Area is 4 miles away which offers excellent trail running and hiking. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and many of Tucson's premier restaurants are nearby, as well. Text as much or as little as you want throughout your stay, we are happy to answer questions about the property and the area to make sure you have a great experience at our home while visiting Tucson! Our software automatically discounts 10% for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays and our posted prices is our best price, so please do not message us asking for a "special discounted rate."
The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time.
We accept dogs not cats for an additional $100 nonrefundable pet fee

The pool is heated to 80 Deg F all year no additional charge. We charge $50/day if you would like pool temp above 80 Deg F

This property was beautiful. We had a small (17person) wedding reception here. We were a little thrown off when the chairs were not what we hoped for the purpose of the wedding. We had a great stay. The manager was quick to respond with questions concerns. There were three large cockroaches found inside the property as well. Which I was just told “we’ll send an exterminator”.

Great stay in Tucson
The property worked really well with our family (3 generations). We like to cook and the kitchen was well equipped. Had a slight problem with the outdoor grill, but the owner was super responsive and had it fixed in no time. The pool and hot tub were awesome! The outdoor sound system contributed to the overall vibe and made for a relaxing, enjoyable experience. The decor and artwork are top notch. Would definitely go back the next time we’re in Tucson!

Our family including 2 teenagers enjoyed our vacation at this lovely Tucson house. Property description and pictures are accurate. Very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable beds & furnishings. Could easily accommodate large family or group. Large yard, pool is small but clean (one of very few rentals in the area that doesn't pre-charge to heat the pool for your entire stay) Hot tub works well. Close to grocery store, restaurants and hiking trails. Good location for exploring the Tucson area. Property manager is quick to respond to any issues. Great rental 5/5

Great venue for a get together with family and friends
The property is nestled in the foothills of the Catalina mountains with isolation from any main roads and the neighbors. Plenty of outdoor space with a heated pool and hot tub, and plenty of indoor space for hosting a large dinner. My wife and I held a vow ceremony and reception here and it was the perfect venue for the occasion. The management staff allow events and are very flexible with the place. They are also very responsive to inquiry via the VRBO messenger.

Loved the property for the most part and would book it again. For the cost though i didn't think we should have to clean all the funiture, tables etc outside. They hadn't been wiped of dirt for a long time. Inside of house was great and clean. Also gave a short list of things that should be addressed on the inside of property. These people will take care of it im sure.

Great place!
My siblings and I just spent an early Thanksgiving with our 87-year-old mom who lives in Tucson. Sabina Velo was beautiful, with classy decor and a great layout. The 4 of us had our own rooms and my brother was able to bring his dog. We thought the place was well-stocked, in a convenient location (and only 7 minutes from my mom's house), and had lots of comfortable seating areas, inside and out. The beds were comfortable, and the house was very clean. The pool wasn't heating higher than 68 degrees, but after contacting the manager, a pool repairman came the same day. We were able to enjoy the pool for the rest of our 4-day stay, though 80 degrees for us was a little on the cool side unless it was over 90. I appreciated the quick response. My one regret was that we bought wood for the fire pit but never got around to hanging out there at night; I hope the next guests can enjoy it.

Beautiful property!
Large, comfortable property as shown in listing. Spacious living space and bedrooms. Backyard slightly smaller than appears in photos but still a large backyard with privacy. Pool clean and enjoyable. Kitchen well stocked. Coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, cooking utensils. Have a Sonos music system you can log in to which is cool. There's also a printer if you need one. Master bed comfortable and we like having the ceiling fan. Very quiet neighborhood. Didn't get a response to a question prior to our arrival that would have been helpful. Great for small parties! Really lovely space. Would rent again!

Amazing property and location
This was our temporary home for 2 weeks after relocating to Tucson. The property was clean, nicely updated, well-stocked, and had an amazing pool and backyard to enjoy. The location was perfect for us and would highly recommend! The owners were very responsive to the silly questions I had. We were able to have family over for lunch/dinner without fear of being charged extra like some other rental properties. Once again, would highly recommend!
