Täydellinen jokaiselle, joka haluaa mukavuuden ja viehätysvoiman. Vain korttelin päässä Doubletree-hotellista, golfista, tennistä, eläintarhasta ja monista muista nähtävyyksistä. Olet myös lyhyen ajomatkan päässä keskustasta, lentokentältä, UofA: sta ja Davis Monthonista.

TILA: Tässä modernissa majatalossa on kaikki mitä tarvitset.

Keittiössä on kaikki välttämättömät mukavuudet ja enemmän tilaa kuin voit kuvitella tehdäksesi ateriasi poissa kotoa. Tai valitse mikä tahansa lukuisista ravintoloista, jotka sijaitsevat muutaman mailin päässä talosta.

Makuuhuoneessa on uusi kuningatarpatja ja valtava vaatekaappi matkalaukkujen avaamiseksi.

Nookin edessä oleva koti on toinen Airbnb-koti. Molemmilla taloilla on erillinen aidattu piha-alue ja sisäänkäynnit. Pyydämme sinua ottamaan huomioon toisen vieraan yksityisyys ja pitämään melu hyväksyttävälle tasolle.

MUUT HUOMAUTUKSET:
1. Melupotentiaali:
Vaikka Nook sijaitsee kätevästi aivan keskuskadun varrella, on melupotentiaalia etenkin klo 8.00–17.00.

2. Televisio:
T. V. on, mutta kaapelitelevisiota ei ole saatavana. Sinulla on tosin pääsy Rokuun (suoratoisto-ohjelmiin).

3. Pysäköinti:
Aidatulla pihalla on runsaasti pysäköintialueita kadulla.

Naapuruus: Koti on aivan Tucsonin keskustassa ja kävelyetäisyydellä Reid Parkista, jossa on eksoottinen eläintarha, kauniit kävely- / pyöräilyreitit ja mestaruustason golfkentät. Lähellä ruokakauppaa, ravintoloita ja ostosmahdollisuuksia.
Tämä majatalo sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Randolph Golf Complex.
  • Sijaitsee vain 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä kohteesta Davis-Monthanin lentotukikohta ja 7 minuutin ajomatkan päässä kohteesta Arizonan yliopisto

Great space for short stay in Tucson (with a dog!)

The nook was quite roomy and had most of the necessities needed to feel at home. Having a fenced-in area was wonderful for my dog (although it's not "dog proof" so don't leave your dog unsupervised). The bed was VERY comfy, and Kelly was very friendly and quick to respond to any of my questions. The location is a tad loud (lots of traffic noise right outside), but overall great spot and convenient to many areas of town, stores, restaurants, etc.

Great accommodations but difficult to find at night.

Overall we found the location and facilities excellent. The only difficulty we experienced was it was very hard to spot the last turn after dark due to the lack of street lights the area.

Great!

We loved the cozy nook! Very cozy and quaint. There were many little extras that you don't always get from other hosts. Kelly was great and responded quickly to our messages. We eould definiely stay here again!

Stay at the Nook

We found this unit very clean. Kitchen was well stocked, as was the bathroom. Furniture was very sparse and placed in darkest area of unit. The small couch was clean, but not comfortable for two people who enjoy lounging and reading. A big arm chair would be a nice addition. The mattress was very comfortable. All rooms needed more lighting. The yard was unkept and the patio a disappointment due to the heavy traffic. Owner was very pleasan/easy to work with

Nice and convenient place at a reasonable price

We thoroughly enjoyed our 21 day stay at at Kelly’s place. The house had all that we needed including laundry facilities. The location is convenient and accessible to various Tucson sites as well as the major highways. We used the house as a base to explore Tucson (including the nearby park and zoo) and the surrounding region plus tour several area 55+ communities we are considering.

Convenient, economical, and comfortable!

Clean and convenient. This home is more spacious than the pictures show. The rooms are a good size! Wish I could add the bathroom to our place. Big closet to store all the stuff for a long vacation. Loved the botanicals on the walls and the crazy cow picture! Owner was nice and helpful! Alley entrance a little hard to find at night. Stayed in winter and outside a bit rough looking. Would definitely stay again!

Warm and Welcoming

Overall, a very clean and spacious place with a large kitchen and lots of room in the bathrom. We enjoyed meeting Kelly and her husband very much. The drawbacks relate to noise from Columbus St only a few feet away (this is a residential part of a busy street that many use) and as in most of Tucson, there is a lot of commercial and military air traffic right overhead duing the day and evening. The living room area is a bit small and as the whole thing is a "granny" or "mother-in-law" suite attached to the larger house which is also a VRBO-style accommodation, it reminded us a bit of a "shotgun" house; you pass through 1 area to get to another, such as through the TV room to access the bathroom. It also meant there were occasional times when we could hear activity in the other part of the house. All of the above are minor quibbles and we would defintitely say there again.

Perfect place to live for a month during job relocation process

I rented this place while in the process of relocating to the East Coast for my job. I needed a place to stay for a little over a month during the transition while I was wrapping up work things and moving my family and household stuff across the country. The place was absolutely perfect. Very spacious, very clean, everything works beautifully, and you have everything you need. It was close to the park and close to the university, so there are lots of places to run and walk for exercise and just to get fresh air. Kelly was very responsive to the few questions that I had, and I have no complaints about the place at all. The location is convenient to pretty much all the important stuff and Tucson, and the apartment is charming and spacious. I would absolutely rent this again if I needed to spend some time in Tucson for any reason. Absolute homerun! Thank you Kelly.

This location was perfect for our weekend trip. Close access to shopping, restaurants and travel.

Kelly was quick to respond to my request and update information for our arrival as we needed it for our weekend in Tucson. We enjoyed the private parking, the very spacious home and quiet setting. Kelly was quick to answer a question I had and very helpful with sources in the area yet kept our privacy. We would definitely suggest this location to anyone wanting to stay in the Tucson area. Very clean with everything you might want or need for a weekend or even a lengthy stay. Thank you Kelly & Gordon we will return again.

Charming spacious stay

Staying in the Nook was an amazing experience. The place was clean and much bigger than I was expecting. The hosts Kelly and Gordon were very easy to reach and I did not feel uncomfortable reaching out to them with check in questions. Overall one of me best vacations stays and I would definitely return!
