Beautiful hotel . Room was very nice and location was great ! Staffing was not good in the restaurant but the coffee and food was very good ! There could be some improvement in the main entryway esthetic . Seating was disjointed and potted plants grouping looked a bit thrown together and was not consistent with the rest of the hotel.

I can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed The Leo Kent. The property was stunning, the staff incredibly kind, and the location absolutely ideal! With easy access to a free streetcar that takes you throughout downtown and close proximity to numerous dining options and activities, it couldn’t be in a more perfect spot. If you’re looking for quality and comfort, look no further than The Leo Kent—they truly have it all and more.

The TV did not work for the first few hours of our stay. No one had come to fix it before we left for a concert. No room service menu in the room. Beds were comfortable, staff was nice, room was clean.

We had a one night stay at this absolutely beautiful hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were in town for a concert at the Fox Theater which was just across the street. We had a few staff issues including a rude man at check in, forgotten food at breakfast and the valet taking a really long time because they brought me someone else's car! I wanted to love this place but that was a lot of things to go wrong in the 18 hours we stayed at the hotel. Also we had room that overlooked I10 and if we stayed again I would request a room on the other side of the building. I had to sleep with earplugs.

I only stayed for one night because I was attending a concert at the Fox theater (which is literally across the street - SO convenient) The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and every single person who worked at LK was exceedingly nice and went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay! For being in the heart of downtown the rooms were whisper quiet (sure there is occasional traffic noise but jeez you’re literally downtown in a major metro area you can’t avoid that.) however I never heard a single door slam, a TV, people talking or just the general comings and goings of other patrons - and the hotel was fairly busy. And the Apotheke shampoo conditioner and soap was *chefs kiss* Highly recommend staying at this gem (Oh given it’s in the heart of downtown I think the underground valet parking is a thousand percent worth the $39/day)
