Couch cover had huge red stain, sensor in the corner of the room had a piece of paper towel covering it, stains on shower curtain, ran out of shampoo (after they had cleaned the room even though we asked them not to), bed was too close to A/C half the room was freezing the other half hot, ice machine out of order, an elevator was out of order. The staff was all friendly.

This place is exactly what we needed! Super clean, great staff and awesome breakfast…especially traveling with kids. We frequently come to Tucson to visit family so we will definitely be back.

One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed out. Nice selection of breakfast foods. Lots of parking and close restaurants and shops. Walls are a little thin, you can hear the person above you. Overall an amazing hotel for the price.

Shout out to a great staff.
I espically like the front desk person at check in(9:00pm). Have had her help both stays and she is open, friendly and conversational. Breakfast was ho hum but adequate.

Was there for a week, wonderful stay. Good hot buffet breakfast and plenty of good coffee. Room was quiet, even on the weekend. Staff was exceptional. Check-in lobby was hard to find in the dark at first but no big deal.
