Our stay was very nice. Robbin was very friendly and sympathetic with our dogs and the sand burr situation. This was the quietest place we have ever stayed. Very clean, friendly, and safe.

I paid extra for this hotel, thinking it would provide a decent experience for my family. Unfortunately, that couldn’t have been further from the truth. The pool water was so cold it felt like a polar plunge—not exactly the family-friendly fun we were expecting. While we were there, a group of young adults hung around the pool area, not swimming but being excessively loud, smoking pot, and using inappropriate language in front of my kids. The room offered no respite. The air unit had two settings: extremely loud or “somewhat quiet” with a constant noise like tinfoil flapping on a flagpole. Attempts to reach staff were futile; they were either on the phone or completely absent. When we returned later that evening, the entire building smelled like a dispensary. The third floor was especially bad, with a skunk/wet carpet odor that lingered all night, adding to the headache induced by the noisy air unit. To top it all off, the area surrounding the hotel wasn’t much better. Just down the street, a half-naked man carrying a bucket was putting on a show, attempting what can only be described as trying to lick his own eyebrows. Between the polar plunge pool, the dispensary vibes, and the bizarre street performers, this was a miserable experience. Not worth the price and definitely not family-friendly.

The person who checked me in did not write the room number clearly, so I went to the wrong room and was unable to gain access. When I returned to check in she realized her error. Not the best welcome after several hours on the road.

The hotel was situated conveniently to where I needed to go during my stay. The complimentary breakfasts were good. The cleaning staff were very courteous.Check-in and check-out were super easy.

Not what I would concider a top notch Hamton Inn. Check Inn was supper slow with attempt to put a hold for incedentals just because. Pool area was oldan unkept. Cable was out so no tv the entire stay. Toilet wouldnt flush properly so we had to move rooms. Just an over all unsat experience concidering it was a Hampton Inn. Wont be back, cost could be spent at other options.

No door signs…
Nice- always a good b’fast. We did find it odd that there were no door signs to keep staff out. We had our cat with us, but fearing his escape, we could not hang “do not disturb” sign- so I asked maid to MOT enter- they did anyway. And elevator was down 2 days which was a real problem for people with health problems or heavy bags. Staff was friendly and location is convenient but off the beaten path enough to keep cost down

I took my wife and two children with me. Booked a room that had two queen size beds that had a 10 rating on you guys website. The main reason for booking the room was the hot tub and the pool which your website stated there was. There was not hot tub. The indoor pool was to cold to swim in. The room itself the microwave did not work, the remote to the television did not work and the shower faucet leaked continually both nights keeping my two year old awake and the carpet was coming off the floor. I wilbot recommend your website or app to anyone. The pictures was not even the same as the room. The staff was friendly and it's not there fault that your website said there was a hot tub and there was not and that the conditions of the room was what they were. I spent around 317.00 for 2 days for better conditions than that or I could have went right down the road and spent less than 200. I am very dissatisfied with the room. With the stay and with your website. And would like my money back if you would like me to be a future customer.

The hotel was very clean. Had everything you need . Personally im not in love with the new pillows they are using at all hotels, so i will take my own next time. The minute you walk in the lobby it smells great and you can see the pride that they take in their business.
