Located right off Riverside, enjoy a family trip to the Gathering Place or a peaceful walk with your pets along the river. Four comfortable beds will be waiting for you when you're ready to rest in this cozy, elegantly decorated home. Quiet, friendly neighborhood full of established homes and trees. Fully stocked kitchen complete with cooking oil, spices, mixing bowls, toaster, etc., spacious laundry room, WiFi, new smart TV's in every room, pets and kids welcome, driveway parking for 2 vehicles. Very close to Brookside's quaint restaurants and shopping.
This home is a 3 bedroom (king, queen, 2 twins), 1 full bath with an eat-in kitchen and a roomy laundry room stocked with detergent and softener for you. Extras: We provide dog bowls, leashes, potty bags, pet wipes, treats, etc. In the bathroom we stock anything you might have forgotten such as mosquito repellent, sunscreen, feminine hygiene products, band-aids, pony tail holders, shave gel, toothpaste, toothbrush, razors, etc. There are several full-length mirrors in the house for your convenience. The primary bedroom has a large desk in case you need to catch up on some work while you're away. The 2nd bedroom has a comfortable rocking chair tucked in the corner.. The 3rd bedroom is across the house and down a few stairs and has its own exit door into the backyard. All rooms have room-darkening shades but not blackout. No carpet in the home; there are hardwood floors and tile with rugs. Back yard is very large and is fully fenced for your pets or kiddos with a nice sitting area with decorative lighting. Only non-shedding pets allowed please and we do ask that you clean up after their messes. There is an additional cleaning fee of $100 if we find what we deem to be excessive pet hair.

Wonderful stay!
We had a great time spending the Thanksgiving holiday at the house. We have family and friends everywhere from south Tulsa to Sand Springs and we found the location to be very central and convenient to everywhere we wanted to visit. Our toddler also had a great time playing in the huge backyard, a very nice change from our busy Los Angeles home. Everything was exactly as promised!

Friendly little house in Tulsa
We enjoyed our 10 days at this house very much and appreciate the hosts’ many amenities and swift responses to our questions and the two vexing issues that arose. On the minus side: the entrance box was unreliable for us; the host could open remotely when needed. And a bedroom ceiling sprung a leak in a big rainstorm. Our guests rearranged the furniture, put a pan under the leak, and endured a wet mattress and all-night drip. Hosts tried to resolve the leak throughout our stay. We understand these things happen but are disappointed that hosts refuse to give us any discount for our guests’ discomfort. We have a couple of ideas to make the house more disabled-friendly. Grab bars and shower chair in bath, hand rails or grab bars at stairs at entrance and to 3rd bedroom, and lowering a very high bed in the 2nd bedroom. We recommend this friendly little house to future guests.

Cozy places in great location
We stayed two nights during Spring Break. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It is also close to the Gathering Place, the Discovery Lab, restaurants, and shopping. We would stay here again.

Comfy, Detail-Oriented Home Near "The Gathering Place"
We loved our stay. The home is near a Whole Foods so I was able to shop for cooking at home easily. A fun family park called "The Gathering Place" is maybe 5 minutes away, and our two-year-old had a blast. The Threshold bedding was luxurious. Every room had a streaming TV. We had everything we needed to cook and do laundry. And communication with the hosts was seamless.
