This was one of the sketchiest hotels I've ever stayed in. The hallways were dark. They had multiple smoke alarms that needed new batteries. The front door was constantly locked even during the day. The bed in the room WAS ON THE FLOOR!! I couldn't in good conscious recommend this hotel to anyone I cared for.

One of the whole reasons we came to this hotel was because it had hot tub and pool and was bringing my 8 year son down to see his first concert and go swimming but when we walk in, we see the pool and hot tub are empty and being remodeled without any warning. Talk about heart breaking for my son. The hotel is super old and definitely needs the remodel its getting. But beds were comfy. And it was for quick 1 night stay and price was decent.

The website did not say the pool was closed for renovations, that's why i picked it for my kids to swim. Very, very disappointing. Other then that we enjoyed out stay. Sketchy looking part of town also.

Although property is in process of been remodeled, staff was most gracious with assistance surrounding any needs. Location and access to Freeway and nearby Tulsa University was great. Breakfast was hot and plentiful, staff there was also very helpful and courteous. Can't wait to see their finished remodel look. Rooms were very clean, spacious and quiet. Definitely recommended this place and i will return to stay here.

Not only was the deposit double what was listed, it wasn’t returned after our stay. Front desk was very rude, but appeared to be the new owners son, so I guess that’s what you can expect with nepotism. There are nicer hotels in better parts of town for the same price.
