I communicated with hotel a day prior and no one told me they were fully booked so I child cancel and find another place. I got there at check in time only to be told room I booked is unavailable and have no rooms . With those features . They downgraded my room and told me they were going to switch my room and and give me meals to compensate . My room was never switched the next day and when asked about meal told me restaurants closed and don’t have that to give . A refund was suggested my one of the workers to reach out through Expedia and when I did so the told Expedia a lie and denied my refund . Horrible service and poor communication . Place is shutting down . I was not even giving paper work to sign nothing ..

Overall, the property and the units are nice. Particularly for the price. The staff take very good care of the property and are friendly. The negatives are that you essentially have to go to the lobby to get any kind of assistance, the toilets clogged very easily, and the property does not provide wash cloths.

The area not great, unpaved road, subject to flooding. Across from residents living in metal houses. So not a nice view. We reserved a deluxe studio. The bed was basically on the floor, the frame was so low. And the mattress was terrible. Sunken in the middle and hard, got home with a stiff neck and sore back. The toilet wouldn’t work at times. Hot water lasted about 5 mintues. Basically, the AC was the only good thing. Staff is friendly. Housekeeper expected a tip everyday. Restaurant in the hotel, which was convenient but will not be staying here again. Don’t be fooled by the pictures.
