Good location central to everything in the heart of capital tunis,was perfect for exploring the city ,the shops, medina ,sidi bou Saïd, carthage,....,the rooms were sapacious providing a cosy and adequate spaces for relaxation and clean and comfortable bed,.the amazing staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast is delicious. It was a comfortable and very quiet the hotel rima delivered a good value ,i would consider staying here again in the future. Guest room number 23 .thanks

Had to walk with my luggage a long distance down side streets as there is no access for a taxi to pull up outside hotel. Hotel dirty and staff were rude

The staff here made the stay incredible! The airline lost one of our bags and the hotel manager went to the airport himself to pick it up for us. They provided insight and recommendations for things to do in the area. Room was comfortable for a week and had everything we needed.

Overpriced/Unclean
Room was very small pictures on site did not look the same, bathroom needs major improvement toilet falling apart, shower falling apart and mold growing in it, ac does not cool properly, Chedili was nice to me but was rude to my guest, on-site food was way overpriced, they take advantage of their guest. Would not recommend this hotel.
