The hotel is in good condition and the surroundings are nice BUT it has a BIG mosquito problem. In one of our rooms (we stayed in two rooms) the amount of mosquitos was overwhelming. My friend killed 63 mosquitos in one night, and that wasn’t enough. He couldn’t sleep because of the buzzing and bites. They should find a way to control this.

Clean and comfortable
Even though the location is not the most convenient (not too bad either), this hotel is very good, clean, quiet,comfortable and has a delicious breakfast. I is not too far from the town but you need a car to get there. Excellent staff, polite, courteous and nice.

Nice hotel. Really close to Villa de Leyva. The only problem was that room was not ready, even when we did a late check in. Service was great. It's really expensive and does not worth what you pay for. Perfect for a big weding.

Outside of the main plaza
Our first night we could not sleep. The wind kept moving the door. The room also did not have warm water. They gladly put us into another room the next day. This one had a small balcony and a bigger shower with warm water. There is no gym...just a treadmill that didn't look like it worked. The pool is nice as well as the grounds. We didn't eat there during our entire stay. There are cheaper and better options in the plaza. We had a car so we drove the 5 minutes into the plaza. Walking would take about 15-20 minutes and I would not recommend doing the walk at night. The hotel is safe and again the grounds a beautiful.Good choice if you have a car.

Buen hotel
Un excelente hotel, rodeado de naturaleza y mucha paz. El servicio es excelente, la habitación amplia y camas muy cómodas. Lo único que nos incomodó fue que la habitación estaba junto al cuarto de aseo y desde muy temprano el personal llegaba ahí, así que había ruido de elementos de aseo y del personal hablando fuerte.
