Hei Velimatti, Kiitos palautteestasi! Mukava kuulla, että huoneistosi oli erinomainen varusteltu, sijainti oli hieno ja asuinkokemus oli miellyttävä. Pahoittelut jos huoneiston lämpötila pääsi hetkellisesti nousemaan hieman harvinaisten kesän kuumimpien päivien aikaan. Suosittelemme, että huoneistossa pidetään kyseisenä ajankohtana pimennysverhot, sälekaihtimet, ikkunat ja parvekkeen ovi kiinni, jotta lämmin ilma ei pääse huoneistoon ja huoneisto ei pääse lämpenemään. 24/7 tavoitettavissa oleva Asukaspalvelumme auttaa asukkaitamme mielellään antamaan huoneiston viilentämisen vinkkejä. Hyvää kesän jatkoa ja tervetuloa uudemman kerran!

Hei Kauko, Kiitos palautteestasi! Mahtava kuulla, että huoneisto oli viihtyisä ja sijainti oli mukavan rauhallinen. Pahoittelut siitä, jos huoneiston varusteluista uupui kahvimukeja ja suodatinpusseja. Ilmoitin tämän erillisen siivousyritykselle ja jumppaamme asian kuntoon heti – kiitos ilmoituksestasi. Moikka! Kiitos palautteestasi! Mahtavaa, että Tilapäiskotinne oli teille hyvä ratkaisu ja myös oikein viihtyisä tukikohta. Suurimmat pahoittelut jos kaikki ei kuitenkaan ihan mennyt odotuksienne mukaisesti! Huoneistoissamme löytyy ilmanvaihto, joka voi hieman auttaa huoneiston viilentämisessä. Suosittelemme kuitenkin, että kesäkuumalla asukas sulkee sälekaihtimet niin, ettei huoneisto pääse kuumenemaan.Toivomme aina suoraa yhteydenottoa, jotta voisimme auttaa asukkaitamme parhaalla mahdollisella tavalla.
