英語が通じる。スタッフさんの対応はよいと思う。一人旅にも優しい。設備、部屋などは価格を考えれば納得だが、それなりに旅慣れてないと厳しいと思う。壁に、サソリとハリネズミ、クモなどが出てくることがあるけどほとんどは無害なのでパニックを起こさないでください。と書いてありました(笑)

前臺很熱情，能夠解決旅客需求，包括包車、兌幣等，呈現出一派友善溫良的氣氛；相信外來客一定能在此獲得幫助。此外，房間也頗有民族特色，推荐入住家庭房，那維族土炕的建置頗為特別！

一日観光ツアーを手配してくれる。お湯は飲み放題で、有料(10元)で洗濯もできる。ブドウやスイカなどの無料提供があることも。水やビールも安く売られていて、近辺には食事ができる店がいくつかある。ブドウ村にも歩いていくことができる。
