"Early room cleaningn next door woke up once already 7.30. Toilet papers needed to ask. Balkony not cleaned ever. Only 3 electrical powerplugs an 1 of them different. Sri Lanka adapter did not work and hotel did not have any adapters.Taxes added to drinks and food, not anywhere else. Took one Coce from minibar and put one similar back. In cheking out it was not ok. We had to pay. Greedy. Askin taxi assistance to Airport, request was 26 dollars, from neighbour office only 12. Wery slow service also, only time they were fast was demanding the Coca-Cola money back. Pool area and pool boys very good and also the surrounding area. Air condition was good. After two weeks we asked two hours extension because latef flight. They said hotel is fully booked. I can se hardly anyone."
