All the staff is very nice. A lot of parking. Rooms are ok. Should put people with pets in a different area, so we can hear the dogs barking. Scratches is the flooring from pets looks bad. Again maybe asign rooms for people with pets separated from people without pets.

Checked in a little early which makes it harder to find room ready. Even then I was able to change up rooms to find the one with strongest AC. Thank you for great service. Absolutely amazing staff, made my kids and i feel very welcome, everyone was super friendly and happy, regardless of how miserably hot it got at times, even the maintenance guy was super nice and cheerful. definitely recommended to my friend's and family wherever they're in 29 Palms.
