Centara Ubon is a very nice hotel for a trip to Ubon Ratchathani--I was in town for a brief business trip and the hotel rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfast, lunch, and room service food was all good, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The conference space was well managed. I would definitely stay again if I visit the area in future.

Training and Language skills needed.
Reception English speaking skills are lacking. The dining / restaurant staff needs training and English speaking skills. Basic knowledge of proper restaurant protocols are completely lacking. It’s not just enough to bring people off the street and put them in the restaurant. They also need to be trained up to a certain degree and the training reinforced at the very least quarterly. Who is it? Two star hotel no problem but it’s a four-star hotel and I believe the most expensive in Ubon Ratchathani so either step up or star down.

Nice and clean hotel.
Amazing Staffs and very clean and nice hotel. One night my girlfriend wants to eat a cake, I went to a small bakery section to get the same cake but they had to move the section to prepare a Christmas party. Then a hotel staff offer a free cake because they have move the bakery section away. Wow. It was a kind service.
