Great location, great property!
Alexandra’s property is fantastic! It is light, bright, and fitted with everything you need. We loved the location, it is right in the center of things so that we could walk everywhere. We also appreciated that there was lots of closet and storage space so that we could unpack a bit. We loved the gelato place across the street and will miss sitting at the window eating our gelato and taking in the beautiful views. We will be back in a few months!

Great location...ideal really, in a lovely town with lots of character.
Great spot and romantic large apt for two people. Close to the water, the beaches, and lovely walking areas. Great restaurants nearby and overall a great experience. Our host was very responsive and the unit was clean and well appointed. We felt we could have used a couple of more towels (larger bath size) than the small and few that we had. Also, the wifi is non existent but available with a local wifi provided in the area. I would recommend to the host to add wifi to the unit as this is something that is mostly necessary for most travellers. Please replace the espresso coffee maker in the unit as it is unuseable and after a long journey fighting jet lag ;-) We would highly recommend this as a great spot, lovely unit in an excellent location.

Wunderschöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos dargestellt: ein ineinander übergehender Schlaf- und Wohnraum, insgesamt geräumig und hübsch eingerichtet. Man hat alles, was man braucht, inkl. begehbarem Schrank und großem Bad. Aus dem Küchenfenster kann man den See sehen. Ich hatte wunderschöne Tage im süßen Überlingen und am schönen Bodensee! Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Mit Blick über den Bodensee
Im Zentrum von Überlingen - doch gut zu erreichen - liegt in der dritten Etage über dem Landungsplatz der Boote die hübsche Wohnung, die überaus geschickt gestaltet ist. Der Esstisch am Fenster mit Bick auf den Bodensee - eine vergrößerte Fensterbank - zeigt, dass man auf etwas Bequemlichkeit verzichten muss, wenn man die Vorzüge der Wohnung genießen will. Auf Barhockern muss man schon balancieren können. Kann man das, dann ist aber der Genussfaktor groß! Allein der Blick auf den See....... Die telefonische Betreuung durch die Vermieterin war nach anfänglichen Bedenken sehr gut. Alles hat geklappt von der Vermittlung der Parkmöglichkeit im Parkhaus und der Bodensee-Card bis zur Lösung kleiner Probleme. Diese Wohnung ist unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Wirklich zu empfehlen. Tolle Infrastruktur mit jeder Menge Restaurants und Cafés. Lediglich die Gartenschau sorgt für etwas Chaos bei der Anreise. Aber die ist ja bald vorbei und hat nichts mit der Wohnung zu tun.

Die Fewo ist für 2 Personen optimal. Am auffallendsten ist der Essplatz am Fenster. Aus der 3. Etage ist es ein lebender "Fernseher" auf den Landungsplatz der Fährschiffe, auf alle Touristen usw. Uns hat es jedenfalls sehr gut gefallen.

Leider keine Verdunklung im schlafbereich und bei sommerlichen Temperaturen sehr warm in der Dachwohnung. Offene Fenster geht nachts nicht, da draußen sehr laut. Eine Betthälfte ist durch gelegen. Daher kein guter Schlaf möglich. Die Vermieterin hat die Hinweise positiv aufgenommen und möchte die Situation verbessern.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Wir (Paar ü 50) haben im Hochsaison (August) die Wohnung gemietet. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr gut geschnitten und bietet ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen. Am schönsten fanden wir die Sitzgelegenheiten direkt am Fenster mit Blick über das See. Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral was Vor- und Nachteile bietet - es kann an den Wochenenden auf dem Landungsplatz neben dem Haus sehr laut werden--aber das ist der Preis, den man für eine sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung zahlt. Das Bett war für uns bequem und groß genug der Sofa dagegen etwas unbequem. Es könnten mehr Gläser (Becher) im Schrank sein. Ins Gesamt können wir die Wohnung empfehlen.

Fantastisch
Super Wohnung. Stylisch und für ganz junge Leute sicher der Hit.Allerdings wäre eine richtige Couch etwas bequemer und einen kleiner Tisch zum essen auch ganz nett. Eine normale Kaffeemaschine hätten wir auch besser gefunden. Für die drei Nächte aber alles kein Problem.

Stilvoll in perfekter Lage
