The spacious backyard, adorned with lush green grass, provides ample space for kids to play while you unwind. We love the outdoor shower after a morning surf / SUP or a day at the beach to wash the sand and your worries away.

Downstairs, a massive private 1-bedroom self-contained suite studio awaits, complete with its own modern ensuite, lounge area with TV, and kitchenette. Don't forget to per plan your dinner reservations, with some amazing options in the local area. Head to the nearby famous Rick Steins at Bannisters. Alternatively, a short 5-10 minute walk to the popular Asian fusion restaurant, Gwylo, and Bannisters Pavilion. The Golf Club is a short drive South as is the Surf Club, cafes and Beachside golf course.

Just 5 minute drive South is Ulladulla CBD with all the amenities and facilities that a larger township offers, including cafes, restaurants, supermarket and boutiques.

A few minutes' drive west takes you to the quaint historic Milton town with its art galleries, theatre, antique shops, amazing new craft brewery out the back of the Milton Hotel (awesome spot for Dinner). We also love Milkhaus for breakfast and Altar (both on outskirts of Milton, 5 min drive) for afternoon drinks & tapas and don't forget the stunning Cupitt's Winery for a spot of lunch on the lawn.
