Good place for a night. Immediate area is large road and entry/exit to train station. Rooms are well insulated to sound, but vibrations from track on 3rd floor for rooms against rails may impact light sleepers. Convenient to tourist area and easy to find.

This was such a nice hotel, friendly staff, comfortable bed and bathroom, all for an extremely reasonable price. We would definitely stay there again. Only a short walk to Old Town and the Cathedral.

Excellent location, value and breakfast! Perfect for our short trip to Ulm. The immediate surroundings aren’t beautiful but within five minutes’ walk you are in the old town or by the river. We will definitely return!

The staff was friendly and helpful. They spoke English, which helps for foreign travelers. The hotel is nicely placed near the train station, but very quiet even with trains nearby. I could not hear the trains at night.

A Stay Worth Remembering
Very impressed with the superb check-in. The room is spotlessly clean and the bed is so comfy. I like the set up of the room - very user friendly with a nice window to the outside. The location is excellent as it is less than 10 mins walk to the Ulm Hbf and 10 mins walk to the city centre where the great Ulmer Munster is plus all the other picturesque scenes along the River Blau leading to the Danube river. Thank you once again for such a lovely stay at B&B Ulm.

Accommodatie is netjes van binnen. Kamers zijn schoon en goed bijgehouden. Tijdens ons verblijf waren er veel werkzaamheden aan wegen in de binnenstad wat de bereikbaarheid geen goed doet, gelukkig is dat tijdelijk. Hotel ligt vlak bij het spoor maar daar hoor je niets van.

HOTEL BIEN SITUADO
Hola, el hotel estaba limpio y la habitación para 4 era un pelín pequeña pero al tener litera estaba bien. Aunque delate del hotel estaban de obras, (colocando unas vias de tren), estaba bien insonorizado. Esta muy bien situado del centro de la ciudad, a unos 5-10 minutos andando. Es necesario pagar para dejar el coche en el parking.

Ich war auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht hier, das Hotel ist einfach zu Fuß vom Bahnhof zu erreichen und hat eine gute Lage zum Zentrum. Das Zimmer war sauber und ansprechend. Das Personal war freundlich. Besonders gut fand ich das Frühstück, es gab eine sehr gute Auswahl, sowohl vegetarisch als auch vegan. Ich kann dieses Hotel gut weiter empfehlen.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage zur Innenstadt. Hier ist alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Im Zimmer habe ich mich persönlich nicht wohlgefühlt. Im Bad roch es nach Urin und auch benötigt das Bad mal eine Überholung (Toilettenbürste, Gummidichtungen etc.). Betten waren bequem und sauber. Fussboden sehr hart. Klimaanlage ist im Zimmer vorhanden - aber klappert. Unser Zimmer lag direkt an den Gleisen und hier würde bis in die Nacht gebaut. Trotzdem war die Sicht auf die Gleise auch sehr interessant - unser Sohn war hellaufbegeistert. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage vorhanden. Muss aber vorher gebucht werden. Haben pro Tag 8 Euro bezahlt.
