Situated on the landing site of Union's first settlers (circa 1776), you'll find the property steeped in history with authentic features still visible,e including the remains of the original cellar. The large yard provides all the space you need to spread out and enjoy the outdoors, and the secluded setting makes it an excellent spot for stargazing at night. You'll be close to iconic Midcoast Maine towns and attractions, including Camden, Rockland, Rockport, Belfast, the Camden Snow Bowl, parks, and beaches. Beth's Farm Market is only two miles away, and you'll find great dining options a mile away in Union Center. A public boat launch a quarter-mile away offers easy water access.

You'll love the breezy screened porch for coffee and cocktail hours. The full kitchen is well-equipped for family-style meal prep. A smart TV and comfortable seating are ready to welcome casual downtime in the living area.
