Welcome to Union Pier Pool House, a great Third Coast Vacations getaway! This charming full renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is just about a mile from Lake Michigan’s Townline Road Beach. Whether you’re up for a dip in the pool, a  leisurely walk through Union Pier, a quick bike ride, or prefer to drive (parking is available), beach days are a breeze here. Enjoy the new heated pool and soothing hot tub that were added in 2022, which are available from May through October. 

Step inside and discover fresh furnishings, a fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances, and updated fixtures throughout. This home is all about outdoor living, with plenty of space for both relaxation and entertainment.The huge grassy backyard features a cozy firepit area, a gas grill, and a spacious patio for dining al fresco or unwinding after a day of adventure.

Inside, relax on the cozy sofa in the living room while streaming your favorite shows, or retreat to the screened porch overlooking the pool for a tranquil escape.
