The location was fabulous. The property is adjacent to the Beagle Channel. You can walk out and see the birds and shoreline. It is extremely quiet. Management offers a shuttle service to downtown area so if you do not have a rental car you can still get there without relying on a taxi. Even if you use the taxi or uber, the fares are extremely cheap. The breakfast spread was great servicing both European and American foods --Cereal, Toast, Pastries, Deli meats, scrambled egg and bacon by request. The rooms were clean and well maintained. At night you can open your window and hear the sounds of nature. I had a wonderful time. The internet/wifi is also acceptable for this region.

El hotel está muy limpio, y el servicio es bueno. Cené en el restaurante y pedí una milanesa de pollo y está estaba cruda. La regresé y no me la cobraron. Tienen trasporte gratuito al centro que son como 20 min, sin embargo cerca no hay nada de tiendas o restaurantes. Y solo tienen 3 horarios en el día de transfer tanto de ida como de regreso y eso limita la movilidad y te ves obligado a usar taxi. Los taxis te cobran como te ven… y importante si bien en la zona hace mucho frío. Pero en las habitaciones la calefacción está muy alto. Quizá cuando llegas está bn después de venir del frío. Pero después de un rato es sofocante el calor.

Frustrante ! Minha avaliação se funda em quatro critérios : localização , apesar de ser um pouco distante do centro , a vista é excepcional. Vale a pena . Nada que o Uber não resolva . Além disso , o hotel disponibiliza transfer , apesar de sê-lo em poucos horários . Nesse quesito , vale 9; estrutura, no penúltimo dia , houve corte de energia generalizado na cidade . O hotel não possui gerador de energia autônomo. Ficamos sem luz por mais de doze horas ininterruptas. Sem condições de carregar celular , ficamos no escuro literalmente . O hotel foi incapaz de oferecer lanterna ou luz de emergência. Absurdo . Questionado, o atendente na recepção se limitou a disponibilizar livro de reclamação. E olha que a queda de luz é recorrente na cidade . O chuveiro é muito precário e insatisfatório. Deveriam rever ! A limpeza do hotel é regular , satisfatória. No quesito da estrutura o hotel merece 5. Gastronomia , café da manhã não atendeu as expectativas . No dia em que chegamos , almoçamos no hotel . Foi terrível . Nesse quesito , o hotel merece 3 . Por último , vem o Atendimento , que deixou muito a desejar . Os atendentes não são solícitos e prestativos . Espera mais , muito mais . Tinha direito a later checkout, mas fizeram um jogo duro até o final . O mesmo se deu no check in . Quase se negaram a liberar o quarto com 30 min de antecedência , quando fazia jus an early check in pelo status do hotéis.com . Enfim , não se esforçaram a atender e ajudar o hóspede , merecendo 5.

O hotel é lindo. Fica a 15 minutos de carro da cidade, à beira do canal, mas a vista e a tranquilidade compensam. A equipe é amigável e os quartos são limpos. No verão, o ar condicionado faz falta (embora conste no anúncio que tem, mas não tem). Como pontos negativos, destacaria ainda: a falta de cortinas blackout nos quartos, o sol nasce às 5h e põe-se quase 23h) e o café da manhã, que não está à altura do padrão e do preço do hotel
