Inside the 1800 square foot villa is decorated with authentic log furniture, two gas fireplaces, a full kitchen, laundry, a soaking bath/whirlpool. a main level queen sleeper sofa. (Topper sleeper inside laundry room) Upstairs Master has king bed and sleeper sofa ; other bedroom : 2 queen beds. Sleeps Total 9 people. Soaking Tub and chef’s kitchen will spoil you! 4 new stainless steel appliances added June 2022.
Babbling brooks and trails leading to serene views. Starved Rock trails start right across the street . Miniature golf and children’s playground is walking distance , summertime gazebo serving food is walking distance.
Villa is loaded with kids and adult indoor and outdoor games as directly across from large outside play and picnic area.
Downtown Utica has many restaurants with great food , ice cream parlor, wine tasting, and more. Rent bikes , go horseback riding , or Learn about the historic canal and river or eagle watch . Whatever, you are assured a wonderful time :)
