The tastefully decorated living room beckons with its serene ambiance and picturesque views of the creek. The bedrooms and full bathrooms can be found upstairs. There is a convenient powder room off of the living room area.

The complex has amenities for everyone, including a private tennis court, a year-round heated swimming pool for refreshing dips, and a bubbling hot tub where you can soak away the stresses of everyday life.

Note:
- There is one assigned, carport covered parking spot for the unit. There is additional guest parking (first come, first served) a few steps away from the unit.
- This complex is an 8 minute walk to the closest free town bus stop called Cascade Village and about 6 minutes to Chairlift #20 in Cascade out of the Grand Hyatt.
- Pool and hot tub are occasionally closed during the off seasons.(End of April-May and October-November. Please ask us if your dates fall in these ranges so we can better inform you on closures)

Great place no problems. Great Location. Amenities were great. Great water pressure and all HVAC systems work as they should. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Highly recommend.

Great Condo #38 at Vail Cascades
This Condo was amazing. It had top of the line kitchen appliances and fully stocked. The bathrooms were all remodeled with high end fixtures. The beds were comfortable and lots of sheets, towels, pillows and blankets. It was a two minute walk to a good size outdoor Jacuzzi and the local shuttle bus. Our family of nine really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.
