The chilly winter days will be perfectly cozy thanks to our indoor wood-burning fireplace. Relax by the crackling fire, savor a hot beverage, and let the warmth of the fireplace embrace you.

Our 2 bedroom unit is on the lower floor of the building. Arrive in an open air living area where you will find a wood-burning fireplace, modern entertainment, a dining area for 6 and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils for preparing delicious meals with your loved ones.

Around the corner, on your left, is the first bedroom featuring a Queen bed, a dresser and armchair. Well lit bathroom with a shower-tub combo, and finally the second bedroom equipped with a double bed, dedicated work desk and laundry machines tucked away in the closet.

We understand the importance of staying connected and entertained. The Smart TV is available with the ability to connect to platforms like Netflix and YouTube, (cable tv is not available). Additionally, Wi-Fi connection is available to keep you connected throughout the house.

During the summer, you can enjoy a meal in the backyard, cooked on the BBQ.

Travelers are required to be of 25 years old at the time of booking.
We use our own secured systems to verify ID, send guest guide and for some communication.

Your reservation will result in you receiving a link for ID verification (Valid ID, agreement to rental contract, and a 500$ security deposit). This needs to be done prior to receiving your guest guide and access codes to the property. Access codes will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival.

A refundable security deposit ,is required to protect both property and your stay; it ensures efficient resolution of potential claims, and, if no issues arise, the deposit is fully refunded within 7 days post-checkout.
**Snow removal is done within 24 hours after storms with over 5 cm of snow. Shovel and salt are provided for your use during your stay.**

We apologize for the extensiveness of our house rules but they are the result of past unfortunate experiences that we wish to avoid at all costs.

The base price offered is for 6 persons. There is an extra fee for every additional person.

The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times.

If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $ 70 per person/ per day will apply automatically. To avoid check-in problems and surcharges, please make sure to book for the right number of travelers because the number of people will be checked during your stay.

Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.
Please note that we give no guarantee on operation, cleanliness or technical support for the BBQ from November to April (there is no maintenance performed during this period).

Please note that we supply propane only between the months of May to October.

The Internet you will have is a 100 Mbps wired connection, which is sufficient for remote work.
