This 3-bedroom apartment in Valencia is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Located in a prime location, just a -7-minute walk from the beach, the building even has a supermarket on the premises, making it incredibly convenient to grab groceries and supplies.

The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible by elevator.

The property is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for six.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer, a dryer, a drying rack and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The apartment features a master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third bedroom with two single beds, providing ample sleeping space for everyone. All the beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, and all the bedrooms have a desk, providing a comfortable workspace for those who need to work or study during their stay.

Additionally, a crib and baby bath are available for families travelling with young children.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

El Cabanyal is a historic maritime neighbourhood in Valencia known for its vibrant atmosphere, traditional architecture, and proximity to the beach. El Cabanyal has a solid connection to its naval history. The neighbourhood was historically a fishermen's quarter, and you can still find remnants of this heritage in the narrow streets and tiny houses.

The neighbourhood is characterized by its colourful houses with distinctive tiled facades. The architecture reflects a blend of traditional Valencian styles with influences from the Mediterranean. Many buildings showcase the tilework known as "azulejos," adding to the area's unique charm.
One of the main attractions of El Cabanyal is its beach, Playa de Cabanyal. Residents and visitors enjoy the sandy shores and the seaside promenade. The beach area is famous for relaxation, water sports, and seaside dining.

The Mercado del Cabanyal is a traditional market where locals shop for fresh produce, seafood, and other goods. It's a great place to experience the local food culture.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood
My family and I stayed here for two weeks and this apartment was great. CLose to the beach and major bus lines to center city.
