Dear Guest, First of all thank I beg you pardon for not answering in your own language. Thank you so much for taking part of your personal time sharing your experience at the hotel with other posible guest. Regarding to the cleaning service we do apologize for not being good enough during your stay. Our housekeeping department follows a daily check list each time they enter to clean a room, once they have finished the housekeeping manager supervise everything is in optimal conditions. Recently we have had a meeting with the in order to improve the service. Regarding to the glass door we are sorry for not being it comfortable enough during your stay. We have already changed the bathroom in two floors. During the remodalation we changed the glass door for a wood one. We will continue with the rest by the end of this year.
