Sub par at best. Wifi didnt work and when it did for 1/2 hour, a message indicating that my privacy was compromised appeared. Very unhelpful staff. Entered my room when Do Not Disturb was hung on door. Plastic flooring and Wayfair furniture was an insult to the integrity of the property

Great stay, would highly recommend
Location of this hotel is excellent, less than a mile from train station, right in the main square, beautiful views from the balcony, lots of great places to eat and drink on the doorstep, city bikes to rent outside the front, nice breakfast. The room was really nice and clean, staff were all very friendly. No complaints at all.

Although, parking was difficult to find, the hotel was amazing and in the most excellent location! The breakfast was very good. I would definitely come back to this hotel!

Hotel was nice and in a central location. AC in the rooms is great and very cold!!! There are also ceiling fans in the room. There is a nice rooftop lounge/restaurant across the street but you need advance reservations to sit down. If in Valencia again I would return to this hotel.

Location, location,location, This hotel is in the Middle of everything. The staff is very friendly, the amenities in the the room are more Thant expected.the breakfast is really good. The area has many restaurants and cafes.

We enjoyed our stay however we had multiple key card issues trying to get into our room 702. On multiple occasions the front desk had to use a device to help us get into our room because the key cards were not working. The staff was helpful but this was extremely inconvenient having a broken door during our hotel stay and was very frustrating having to deal with it.

Loved my room with the balcony! Was a beautiful view but also had a double door to shut out the noise at night. Staff were very helpful, and you can rent towels & umbrellas for the beach, and use lockers for luggage before or after check out. Hotel is close to the train stations and bus stops which was very convenient as well, and an easy walk to many spots to visit

It was an average stay. As a 2 stars hotel, it offered us 3 star service. The bed was made with only a cover sheet, since the AC is facing right at the bed so I asked for a blanket at reception. The reception told me “We don’t give blanket in summer if you feel cold turn down the AC.” Well I never thought asking for a thin blanket is an unreasonable request as they have blankets in all other hotels in Spain during our trip. Hence, one star for convenient location, one star for the great smell lotions and shampoos and one star for the cleaning lady - I think she saw that I was using bath towel as blanket so she put one on shelf when she cleaned.

All good, fab central location on pedestrian square with great view from our room which whilst not huge was as you'd expect. Bag storage available for day of departure. Only issue was that one of the two cramped lifts was not working so some delays for access. Apology sign looked like it had been up for a while.

Liked the location and the staff very friendly but the room had no view and the room had a broken bathroom door that wouldn't close and the safe lost it's code and we needed assistance to retrieve our belongings and then it was unusable.
