Great location! Not too far from the train and the main city centre. The bed was comfy and room was clean. The shower was a little bit uncomfortable as it was bath/shower in one.

Firstly the location couldn’t be more central and convenient. Most importantly, the hotel is clean, not just on the surface, its good clean!. Staff are lovely and there is a great locker service for luggage with a lounge / waiting area. Really good as its secure and you feel you can leave everything there not just your clothes luggage, leaving you hands free to explore this beautiful city. Hotel room was nice but for £300 a night, I would have expected water bottles in the room and slippers so I dont walk around the room with wet feet. Breakfast was good but again expected fresher pastry options for £19 a day. Overall very good with small improvements required.

This hotel was in a great location next to a lively square, full of shopping and dining options. Although the square is busy the room was very quiet at night. Room was lovely and the bathroom beautiful and clean. We also had a balcony off the bathroom and bed that we enjoyed during our stay. I would come back to this spot over and over again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Arriving early, we were offered a locker to store our luggage until check in time. The central location of the hotel was very convenient, making it possible to easily walk or access public transit to the sights and restaurants we wanted to visit. Complimentary breakfast had many delicious options and was well organized. Our room was very comfortable and clean, and the shower had great water pressure and hot water. Also, we appreciated the complimentary water provided in the lounge area to refill our water flasks. We highly recommend.

A very nice hotel in a perfect position to explore Valencia. My hotel room was absolutely spotless and had a kettle,fridge and hair dryer. I really liked the fact that you could open the windows andsit on a small balcony.The room also had air conditioning.Bed was large and comfortable.The bathroom was immaculate with a walk- in shower. I would syay here again.

When we were checking out I had pre-ordered a taxi on an app but at the last minute the app notification indicated the taxi was cancelled. We were heading to airport and were a large group. A young man managing the early morning (5:30am) reception area was so helpful. He went to the taxi stand and communicated with the taxi persons to take our large group (6 persons with luggage). We made our flight on time. I wish I remembered the reception name because he deserves recognition for going above expectations for customer service.. this hotel is very clean and central to all attractions. Highly recommend.

We got a corner unit with a beautiful view of the plaza and the water fountain. We love standing by the window people watching. This hotel provides everything you need for the comfort of your stay: a coffee maker with two kinds of pots each day, a kettle, body lotion, a safe and a mini fridge. The room is super clean and comfortable. Also, there are lots of shelves and drawers. They also provide a simple city map for the attractions and shows the length of walking required to each one of them. We love this hotel and will definitely want to stay there again when visiting Valencia.
