Schönes Hotel, weg vom Trubel, mit dem Bus sehr gut erreichbar. Sehr freundliches Personal, sauber und gepflegte Anlage. Gerne wieder..

Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet; große Zimmer mit herrlichem Ausblick und großes Bad; alles recht frisch renoviert; sehr ruhig; etwas abgelegen, ein Mietwagen ist von Vorteil, allerdings ist eine Bushaltestelle vorm Haus; für Senioren ist der Zugang zum scheinbar unbeheizten Pool etwas beschwerlich; wir würden wiederkommen!

Great place away from the crowds. Friendly staff! Coffee machine in room. Huge breakfast! Fantastic view of the sea.

This hotel has an issue with its service level

This hotel currently fails to make its guests welcome. The staff are demotivated(maybe with the exception of the restaurant staff who are made to work too hard/long though). There is no permanent management on site. The one day a manager was on site, the receptionists that are usually not at the reception desk but back in the office, suddenly greeted extensively and gave a friendly smile whereas otherwise they would would not offer more than a curt "hola". However, the one time we raised an issue with the aircondioning the reception had the issue resolved efficiently. The one day we wanted to spend on the pool, the life guard only arrived shortly before 11am and left us wait without towels and mattresses for the sunbeds until then. He then started cleaning the pool while people were swimming in it. Also when confronted with requests, the general answer would usually be a blunt "no". There are not enough sunbeds at the pool, no music or snacks are available and facilities like showers and changing rooms are missing at the pool. All this is a shame since the location is stunning, the hotel and in particular the rooms have been renovated to a very nice standard and style (yet the finish of the works is extremely sloppy and obviously not performed by skilled craftsmen). The beautiful gardens around the hotel yet need to be tidied up. In a nutshell, this hotel is not yet ready to receive guests at full rates.
