Convenient location close to HWY access and only 15 minutes from Walnut Creek and Berkeley, and 30 minutes to San Francisco, Marin and Napa Valley. 10 min from beautiful Benicia.

This Bungalow has 970 sq. ft. of space, 3 bedrooms and is ample for up to 5 guests. The bungalow is updated for modern convenience, with walk-in closets in each room, an updated bathroom, eat in kitchen, laundry in the attached garage and comfortable living space.

If you choose to stay local, the Saturday Farmers Market, local bars and restaurants at the water front are an excellent way to enjoy your day. Or, take a 10 min drive to the artsy, picturesque waterfront town of Benicia. Stroll the quaint shops, or enjoy a coffee with a view.
