Everything was great. Large group of us that the staff let us move some furniture around (as long as we put it back) in the lobby to sit together. Good location close enough to taxi to downtown. Felt safe and lots of choices for dining options close by. We did however see a mouse in the lobby scootch by.

We were supposed to have a balcony, we didn’t. Our key worked sometimes for the elevator needed to ask for reprogramming. Very few opportunities to use the shuttle van as it is only few trips a day. The area is dangerous. Very far from downtown.

Excellent choice for fairly priced hotel prior to cruise. Vert nice facility, just a couple sightings of being dated. Good breakfast. Pleasant staff. Big TV, refrigerator, comfortable bed and seating. Shuttle to port was perfect ! Just remember to schedule that ride ahead of time at front desk.

We liked our room... the bed was super comfy but it was HOT. We turned the A/C down as far as it went but it never cooled down. The lobby was horrible- not even an attept at A/C. Because of this we would not stay at this hotel again.

The staff was excellent, the breakfast was excellent, the shuttle to the cruise port was excellent. However, we could hear people in the room next to us and around there area, there were quite a few homeless
