It was easy to walk a couple of blocks to a mall and the SkyTrain. Airport shuttle was prompt and efficient. Front desk staff were very professional, happy & helpful. They made the stay enjoyable. The room is a bit dated, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Actual room looks way older than what the pictures show. Heating was not sufficient. The hotel didn’t have the room I booked for and offered a different room. I stayed for one night and cancel the rest. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were willing to offer refund without penalty fee. Parking is far away from the room.
