I've stayed here before but it's even better than I remembered.We had an amazing staycation celebrating my friends birthday. The service is incredible! We went to dinner and they tidied our towels, gave us new robes and laid our wet bathing suits out to dry. Then they did a turn down service later, maybe when we were in the lounge I think. They totally spoiled us! Literally everyone is so nice and accommodating! Highly recommend Botanist and the lounge downstairs. The weather was awful and we had everything we needed in the building. Including late night room service and breakfast in bed the next morning lol. I love that checkout isn't until noon so you can get some hot tub or spa action in before you go too.
